Rücktrittsbedingungen für Reisen und Workshops
Die Buchung einer Reise oder eines Workshops ist mit meiner Bestätigung per E-Mail verbindlich.
Ein Rücktritt ist jederzeit möglich, ausschliesslich in Form einer E-Mail an ines@tangotanzen.de
Für Orchesterkurse zusätzlich an korey@ko-arts.com
Bis 8 Wochen vor dem Termin entstehen keine Kosten.
Ab 8 Wochen beträgt die Rücktrittsgebühr 30% der Kursgebühren, bzw. des Dancepasses. Keine Kosten für die Unterbringung.
Ab 6 Wochen beträgt die Rücktrittsgebühr 50% der Kursgebühren, bzw. des Dancepasses. Keine Kosten für die Unterbringung.
Bei Reisen mit Übernachtung in der Woltersburger Mühle 30€ /Tag und Person zusätzlich
Ab 4 Wochen oder kurzfristiger Buchung: Die Kosten für Unterbringung /VP und Kurs/dancepass sind in voller Höhe fällig,
unabhängig vom Verhinderungsgrund!
Das gilt auch für Änderungswünsche.
Zimmer in der Proitzer Mühle und Woltersburger Mühle sind immer nur für die volle Zeit zu haben, spätere Ankunft oder frühere Abreise müssen voll beglichen werden.
Camping, auswärtige Übernachtung, oder Schlafsaal ist je nach Event auch teilweise möglich. Schlafsaalbuchung bis 4 Wochen vor einem Event nur ab 6 Nächte möglich.

Ich empfehle dringend den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung.
Cancellation Policy for Trips and Workshops
The booking of a trip or workshop becomes binding upon my confirmation by email.
Cancellation is possible at any time, exclusively by email to ines@tangotanzen.de

Up to 8 weeks before the event, there are no cancellation fees.
From 8 weeks before the event, the cancellation fee is 30% of the course fee or Dance Pass. There are no cancellation fees for accommodation.
From 6 weeks before the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the course fee or Dance Pass. There are no cancellation fees for accommodation.
For trips including accommodation at the Woltersburger Mühle, an additional €30 per day and person will be charged.
From 4 weeks before the event, or in the case of a last-minute booking: the full costs for accommodation/full board and the course/Dance Pass are due,
regardless of the reason for cancellation!
This also applies to requests for changes.
Rooms at the Proitzer Mühle and Woltersburger Mühle can only be booked for the entire duration of the event. A later arrival or earlier departure must be paid for in full.
Depending on the event, camping, accommodation elsewhere, or dormitory accommodation may also be booked for part of the event. Up to 4 weeks before an event, dormitory accommodation can only be booked for a minimum stay of 6 nights.
For Ladies Events, the cancellation policy applies to all courses booked.
Orchestra courses: the full course fee.
I strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
